D.R.E.A.M. Camp
Since 2014, YWAM Tuen Mun has been organising English and Performing Arts-focused summer camps for underprivileged kids, in partnership with Rainbow Foundation, Noah's Ark and the Diocesan Girls' School.
As a team, we understand the competitiveness that children face in Hong Kong and our camps seek to provide a platform for children who would not normally have opportunities to attend extra-curricular programs (English, performing arts, costume-making, etc.) due to their circumstances.
We believe that a successful summer camp goes beyond the skills we impart, but is also a place that fosters social integration and team building. We hope to create an environment where children can develop their character and interests in a safe place and also build confidence in their English speaking and writing.
"Before coming to D.R.E.A.M. Camp, I didn't like dancing because it was too tiring and hard. After coming to D.R.E.A.M Camp, I like dancing because it is fun and I get to dance with my friends."
