Food Bank

Youth With A Mission Tuen Mun Social Outreach/ Mercy

Youth With A Mission Tuen Mun operates a food bank. We collect surplus dry food from a variety of donors and surplus vegetables to be distributed to the community of Hong Kong. We also have a wonderful partnership with Feeding Hong Kong and in that partnership we together fight against food waste, hunger and poverty alleviation.

Our focus is:

  • Low-income families
  • Elderly-at-risk
  • Children-at-risk
  • New arrivals
  • Street sleepers

We have a variety of opportunities for anyone that would like to volunteer with our programs. These programs not only include food distribution and sorting of food but also interactive programs that bring social integration that bring a brighter and positive attitude towards life.

Recommended for corporations, families with children and churches!
